Almost everyone has some situation or experience that they are fearful of. For most people these are minor inconveniences - when that fear is severe enough to cause intense anxiety and interfere with everyday living, it is time to seek some help.

The good news is that I have an array of really powerful tools to help shifts fears and pobias, usually in one session. The combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and hypnotherapy has a long history of treating fears and phobias and there’s a huge amount of research that shows the combination of the two is extremely effective.

MAP is also extremely effective at treating fears. The best approach will be the one that best clears whatever is driving your fear or phobia.

The beauty of using hypnosis is that you can work through your fears in your imagination

This means that you remain in complete control of the situation when you are completely calm and relaxed. Using this method you will see results quickly. I often use a model called Systematic Desensitisation within the hypnosis itself which enables the fastest change. Our sessions will also help you to address and rid yourself of the underlying thoughts and beliefs that cause your fear and phobia and may be affecting you in other areas of your life.
