We often tell ourselves horrible, negative and untrue things about ourselves which remain stuck in our subconscious. These thoughts are completely automatic - one look in the mirror, or sight of ‘that’ meeting in your diary at work and - bam! - there it is again. These thoughts can be quieted and then removed all together.

They will likely have come about as a result of something in childhood. Examples might be a parent who didn’t give much attention or praise, a parent who was emotionally cold, bullies at school, being an outsider or lonely etc.

The treatment I provide takes away the negative charge from these events in your childhood and shifts negative thoughts and beliefs, replacing them with rational and more positive beliefs.
